Ordination to the Diaconate

This Friday, June 9, at 6:00 p.m., Bishop Robert F. Vasa will ordain Seminarians Christopher Girolo and Mauricio Rodriguez to the Transitional Diaconate at the Cathedral. Men who are to be ordained priests are ordained deacons prior to priesthood. These men are referred to as "transitional" deacons, because they are in the process of transition to the priesthood.

All are invited to attend Holy Mass for this joyous occasion followed by light refreshments in the Becker Center (not the PLC as announced in previous bulletins).
