Communion for the Sick

Eucharistic Ministers volunteer to bring communion to those parishioners who are sick at home, in a hospital or in a care facility and cannot come to Mass to receive communion. Contact Us or call the Parish Office at (707) 542-6984 to schedule communion for yourself or a sick friend or relative.
