New Roof Needed

Three weeks ago, many of you may have read the flyer that we inserted in our bulletin. For those who did not see it, our latest challenge is to have a new roof installed on the Cathedral. The one that we have now is quite old and is failing fast! One thing about these old buildings is that things eventually wear out. (Most of the buildings on our campus are 70 years old.) Last year, you may remember, we raised money to renovate the old kitchen and bathrooms in the Msgr. Becker. It looks like this year, it’ll be the roof. We have been given an estimate of $100,000 for this job. If, after prayerful reflection, you are able to help us raise the funds to make this happen, we would greatly appreciate it. If you donate by check, simply make the check payable to: “St. Eugene’s” and on the Memo Line, please write: “For New Roof” Feel free to drop the check into the collection basket on a Sunday of your choice or drop it by/ send it to the Parish Office.
