Respect Life Committee

Every parish should have a Respect Life Committee. St. Eugene's does, but it is very tiny - 5 people on a good day! We welcome new members. How about you retired folks? Parents whose children are grown up? Our meetings are held on the last Monday of each month, 3:30 p.m. in the Parish Life Center. The next meeting will be on October 30th. Also, please offer extra prayers this month for an ending to abortion for it is Respect Life Month. We are reminded that, “Children are a gift from the LORD; they are a reward from him. Children born to a young man are like arrows in a warrior’s hands. How joyful is the man whose quiver is full of them! He will not be put to shame when he confronts his accusers at the city gates.” – Psalm 127:3-4
